The place is very beautiful and clean. Definitely would recommend for a long stay if you want to cook and have friends over. The owner was very responsive and friendly. Also comfy bed!

Great and complete apartment for a short or longer stay, ideal for 1 or 2 people. Just outside a busy central area of Quito. Walking distance to a large supermarket, pharmacy and a couple of small restaurants. It’s at a main road so a bit more noisy than some of the quite areas. Easy to get there and check in 24/7 with the security guard. Andrea and David are super helpful if you need assistance.

Excellent host, answered all my questions promptly with very helpful and friendly replies ! A very clean room and I felt safe with security at the front desk will be sure to stay here again if I am back in Quito in the future !
