Pros: We had a great time at this location. Very conveniently located in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Inside, everything was pristine. The extra blanket came in handy as it was a bit colder than we expected in April. The central heating was very effecient. The balcony area was super cute. Very modern design to the whole place. Cons: Unfortunately, one of the main features that I booked this for, the hot tub, we were not able to use, to no fault of the host. I was really looking forward to it. Although the kitchen was stocked, there was no basic seasoning (salt and pepper), nor any paper towels or dishwasher tabs/detergent. Also, no wash clothes in the restroom. So either bring them or buy some.

Amazing Location on Alberni Street. The suite is premium and has been upgraded with new finishings. Quite spacious and fit me and my family comfortably. I was in town for a conference and had to walk every day to the Vancouver Exhibition Center and it was a 5 minute walk only. Many good restaurants right as you walk out the building.
