Hello! My house is located in a nice and quiet, family friendly area in Landvetter. I’ve been living here for 4 years and I’m enjoying it very much! The best part about staying here is the combination of having your own space and how close it is to Gothenburg city. The buss stop is 400m away and the bus takes you 25min to the city centre. Close to my house you’ll find playgrounds, lakes, Gothenburg city, nice neighbours and a big forest area. The villa is 110 m2 with three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Two of the bedrooms (and beds) are quite big and can potentially host another guest. Downstairs is the entrance floor with a kitchen and living room combined. Bright and open. Living room leads to the outroom and the garden. The back garden has a nice well maintained lawn, lounge area for chill and BBQ and berry bushes. I’m the front there is a wooden deck with a dining table. You’ll enjoy the sun on the backside of the house until quite late in the afternoon. On the entrance floor there’s also a toilet and a washing room.
