We had a great trip in Mystic. Justin & Beth’s house is a beautiful old piece of history in the best location. The front and back yards, back patio and front porch swing were perfect for hanging out with the family. Lots of toys for the kids to explore. Justin & Beth were great hosts, quick to communicate with us and provided nice local tips.

The location is top-notch just as advertised. Stone throw to all the restaurants, shops, all water activities, at the same time on a quiet street and you would never know you are so close to downtown. The house is super stylish, we thought it was professionally designed as all furniture and items could be featured in a catalog. Perfect combination of historical yet modernized for the comfort. There are two yards that were plenty of space for our kids when the weather was not perfect to go explore. Did I mention countless swings, tree platform, etc? The kids room was fantastic with the bunk bed and we liked that kids had to go through our bedroom to get out. On the other hand if you don't want that - there is a set of stairs to be able to have completely independent room. The house had everything: all you needed for cooking including spices and common ingredients, all the cleaning supplies. There is a keurig machine for coffee lovers. If I had to leave one tip: if you are a group of 2+ couples and want some romantic time - be aware, in historical houses the sounds carry through ;) All in all the house and location are as perfect as could be. We were very happy.

This place is wonderful! Beautiful, charming old house in the perfect location for exploring Mystic. This place is amazing for kids - there's a rope swing in the front yard, and lots of toys and books available to help keep kiddos age 2-10 entertained. Highly recommend!

Justin and Beth’s place was great for our family trip. You can’t beat the proximity to town and all the restaurants. Really fun to stay in an updated historic home in Mystic! Highly recommend!

Great space near downtown and shops. We were running the WoodenBoat Show at Mystic Seaport and it was a nice walk over the bridge to the Seaport. Thanks for having us
