Modern and comfortable apartment with a balcony and a wonderful view over the city of Palermo. Recently renovated, the apartment is located on the sixth floor of a building with an elevator. The entrance opens into a bright living room with a sofa, Tv cabinet, dining table, and access to the balcony. The dining room has a second table and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and kettle. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: the first with a queen-size bed, desk, wardrobe, and balcony, and the second with a queen-size bed, a desk, and an ensuite bathroom with shower and hairdryer. An additional bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the layout. Guests will enjoy amenities such as a washing machine, iron, wifi, air conditioning throughout, and heating. We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with the locals. The place is really comfortable and clean, very quite in the mornings so that you can enjoy more sleep in the morning. But there's no much around (cafes, restaurants) only some simple kinda "street-food" cafes. Note that you need to walk 15-20 min to reach the center
