Foi incrível a estadia, local super bem equipado, mais aconchegante que muitos hotéis, limpeza e organização fizeram com que tivéssemos uma das melhores noites da viagem, local super confortável. Recomendo muito e tenho vontade de retornar em breve.

Ivan is an amazing host! He was very responsive and nice to talk to. His place is very calm and peaceful, a nice house in a beautiful region. If you are going there for Plitvice lakes, they are just a few km away but you will need a car for sure. There are also multiple nice restaurants around but they are surely not walking distance away. You will find shops in the two nearby villages. Only thing I would recommend is a coffee machine in the room as there is none. P.S. Ivan is a car enthusiast so any interesting car you park in front of his house will make him happy and excited.

Parking in front of the door is very convenient when traveling by car. Room a few minutes from the plitvice lakes (entrance 1). We then also went kayaking in the Mreznica Canyon. Both very nice activities nearby. We also enjoyed the room with an aperitif on the balcony and view of the garden/mountains. The area is very quiet. The room does not darken so you can wake up early in the morning. We had sleep masks so that was not a problem for us. Thank you for the lovely stay Ivan.

We stayed at Ivan's place for easy access to Plitvice Lakes National Park and for day trips to the Croatian coast. We stayed two nights in the large room with a kitchen, which was handy, and another night in a similar room with no kitchen. Both were clean, beds were comfy, the house was off the main road and quiet; it was just perfect and a vey good value - we couldn't have found a better home base for our travels.
