The place is gorgeous, new and just as described. It actually looks better than the pictures. The location is perfect - waterfront with a beautiful view and few steps from shops, restaurants, train station ad bus stop. Very easy to go to St Margherita and Portofino by either bus, train or ferry. On my last day I ran to St Marguerita and it only took me 20 mins! It can be a bit noise at night but you can easily block it with soundwaves music at youtube (it worked well for us). Only downside for me was the pillows as they are quite thick and firm. Having said that, I'm probably in the minority - my husband loved it. Toiletries don't include hair conditioning so you need to bring your own (not a big deal for us, we just bought some at the shops). There is a Carrefour Express just few metres away which was super convenient. Christian provided us with clear instructions prior to check in and was extremely kind and flexible with our check out time. Strongly recommend his place!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. L’appartement est très confortable et joliment décoré.Il est très spacieux et surtout très bien situé :près de la mer et au cœur de la zone piétonne du centre-ville . Le petit plus de la location:les draps et le linge de maison est inclu . Nous recommandons vivement ! Merci à Christian pour ce séjour

Der Christian ist ein toller Gastgeber! Die Wohnung ist super sauber. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl in der Wohnung. Die Küche ist makellos, im Wohnzimmer fühlt man sich total wohl auch die Bettwäsche super sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral man ist mitten im Geschehen drin. Achtet nur! Es gibt keine Parkplätze. Man kann unmittelbar in der Nähe gegen Gebühr sicher Parken! Achtet darauf bitte, dass donnerstags der Markttag ist. Sonst wird euer Auto abgeschleppt, was uns leider passiert ist, weil wir auf das Schild nicht geachtet haben und unser Auto von Mittwoch auf Donnerstag geparkt haben! Unterkunft nur zu Empfehlen! Danke.
