Che dire, posizione molto buona, facilita' per il parcheggio, per me e mia moglie tutto ok

sono rimasto due mesi. Tutto sommato sono stato bene, l'appartamento é ben tenuto e pulito. Per soggiorni lunghi manca decisamente un microonde e un forno, un modo qualsiasi per riscaldarsi il cibo. Poi é mancato il ferro da stiro che ho dovuto comprare. Il letto-divano alla lunga non é ideale, ma si capisce per lo spazio. Raccomando questo appartamento per periodi brevi. Il posto é decisamente non ideale, lontano da stazioni metro e dal centro ma Brescia é piccola e che non la bicicletta e/o bus si arriva veloci. Il posto é molto calmo, i treni che passano costantemente a me non hanno disturbato in nessun modo. Tutte le notti molto silenziose e senza disturbo. Decisamente sul caro per quello che é, considerando cose simili, peró hai il privilegio di stare da solo e non in una stanza di un appartamento con altre persone. Ringrazio molto la signora delle pulizie che ogni due settimane faceva un lavoro straordinario.

I've been in this apartment, managed by Enrico, near park Ducos for one month and had a great and pleasant stay. The studio is exactly like in the pictues inside, confortable and not small at all, very functional, the AC works well with a complete kitchen to cook (but no oven or microwave and the dishwasher was broken unfortunately). The sofa-bed was confortable for my taste. There is a nice balcony (the table there in the pictures was missing) and everything is green and nice around. Although a bit far from Brescia center by foot (30min) is a perfect location if you have a car (street parking was easy) and want to visit Lake di Garda, Lake di Iseo or any place around. Even speaking little italian the communication with Enrico was good. Good price for the value (be aware househould supplies like detergent, soap, trash bags, napkins etc. are on you). Would recommend this place.

The place was very nice and her parents where very kind when handing over the apartman. I can recomment Giulia.
