Marios was a great Host! As you step in the House, you can see that there was everything designed with a lot of love. The little bungalow had everything we needed. The terasse is beautiful and our dog loved the garden. The Interiour seemed brand-new and everything was very clean and modern looking. We had a great time at this place! We can recommend the little bakery down the street, the ladys there where awesome and very helpfull to choose from the little cakes and sweets which are handmade and absolutely delicious! I went there every single day. We would absolutely recommend to stay at this place whenever you are near Athen.
I can't say enough about this property, the host and the owner. I stayed in the house with my dog. The place is brand new, charming, beautiful furnishing, with an amazing balcony & yard (ideal for out pets and/or kids), very very pet friendly, spotless and fully - and I mean FULLY - equipped (welcome products, kitchen had all amenities for cooking at home and bbqing, kitchenware, plus complimentary essential products for cooking/coffee, etc., bathroom with a washing machine, equipment for laundry, cleaning, ironing, etc.) The best of it all, for pet owners, even water and food bowls for our pets! The host and the owner are extremely responsive, helpful, discreet, lovely people - I was lucky enough to meet the owner in person, could not thank him enough for the treats! I would give it a 10 out of 5 if I could. For sure will seek to rent this place again when I'm in the area. Thank you so much for our lovely stay!

Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση (5´ με τα πόδια) βρίσκονται: σύγχρονος φούρνος / ζαχαροπλαστείο «Εύβοια», mini-market με καφετέρια, προϊόντα μαναβικής, κάβα ποτών, κρεοπωλείο, καθώς υπάρχει και στάση για το αστικό λεωφορείο προς το κέντρο της Αθήνας & το μετρό, ενώ επίσης και στάση για τη συγκοινωνία με το λιμάνι της Ραφήνας (9´) και το Διεθνές Αεροδρόμιο Αθηνών Ελ.Βενιζέλος (18´).
Σε απόσταση 5´ με το αυτοκίνητο βρίσκεται το κέντρο της πόλης με τράπεζες, supermarkets, εστιατόρια, καφετέριες, οργανωμένα beach bars, καταστήματα ειδών οικιακής χρήσης/ένδυσης/υποδημάτων, τη μαρίνα της πόλης κ.α. Σε κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκεται επίσης ο Αρχαιολογικός Χώρος και το Μουσείο της θεάς Αρτέμιδος στη Βραυρώνα καθώς και τα μοναστήρια του Αγίου Εφραίμ Νέας Μάκρης και της Νταού (Ταώ) Πεντέλης (9ου αιώνα). Τα πολυκαταστήματα (Designer Outlet, SmartPark) και ο ζωολογικός κήπος της Αττικής «Αττικό Πάρκο» απέχουν 15'.
