This is a hotel? Not sure what the difference is booking through the hotel themselves vs. Airbnb. We spoke with the front desk employees the whole time. The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was great. You are able to rent out things like bikes and umbrellas which was really nice. Pretty central so we were able to walk almost everywhere. I will say there was some deception with booking. Please mention in the description that there is a $35 resort fee per day, $40 parking fee per day and $45 pet fee per day. This was not disclosed until after booking. At the end of the day it suited our needs for our stay in Portland.

Friendly, helpful staff. Plenty to see and do within walking distance. Train and bus access right there. They offer use of gear including bikes, safety helmets, skateboards, games and fishing rods and reels, at no additional charge.

The hotel is ok for a night or two stay. The place is outdated and cleanliness was lacking. The bathroom was not clean with hair in the shower and the carpet had a lot of stains. When we checked in the AC was not working so we notified the front desk and they got us a room with working AC. I appreciated the quick resolution from the front desk staff. Beware the amenity fee is not worth the actual amenities. The rentable items, the 24hrfitness day pass, and the patio/restaurant credit are not worth paying extra for. We opted for DoorDash anyways. When you book through Airbnb it’s a third party making a booking at the hotel. Like I said, good for a night or two but wouldn’t personally book again.

Loved this stay,the service was great and the room was great. The location was right where we needed it to be,only needed to walk 4 blocks to dinner. Overall wonderful experience only giving four stars. Due to the fact that the air conditioning didn’t work in the room, it was a warm night to say the least.
