Welcome to your ideal getaway at the Carriage House at Edgewater Estate. Newly built, sleeps 5. Stylish interior, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor patio with grilling area. Super close to Lake Thunderbird (not waterfront). Can be rented by itself for a smaller group or family just looking to have a stay in a nice home that is close to area amenities. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom new construction home right on the shores of Lake Thunderbird. Tastefully and comfortably decorated throughout. The main level is open concept with the kitchen, kitchen island, dining area, and living room all connected. Each of the 2 large private bedrooms contains a king bed (master also has a small daybed with trundle for supplemental sleeping space. Both bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms. Attached to the back side of the main level is a huge deck overlooking Lake Thunderbird. Part of the deck is covered with an outdoor dining table and wicker furniture. Enjoy 2 chaise loungers in the uncovered portion of the deck. Additional portions of the home can be made available should your group increase in number for a reasonable fee.

We loved the guest house and would love to visit again. It was beautiful and so clean. It had everything we needed and more. It was the perfect spot to sit outside by the lake and see the eclipse. I would highly recommend staying here for a couple or a small family. We also loved sitting in the living room with the fireplace heater on and watching TV. The bathrooms were so clean. It was 99% perfect! The only negative was the mattress. It seemed to be only about 10 inches off the floor, not even knee high. It was almost like sleeping on a blowup mattress on the floor. That is the ONLY negative we experienced.
