Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The main floor has a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room and play area with toys for a baby through toddler, half bath and laundry area. Upstairs you'll find 3 BRs & office. Bedrooms include a master with walk in closet & dual sink bathroom, and 2 smaller bedrooms that share the 2nd full bathroom. Step outside the back door to a large deck and yard that overlooks the foothills and enjoy the hot tub & grill amenities.

Quiet neighborhood with an awesome view of the Rocky Mountain foothills. There is a neighborhood park that is a 3 minute walk from the home and lots of other kids in the neighborhood to play. Our street is a circle and we are near the middle of the circle so very minimal traffic passes by our house. We are also within walking distance to Chatfield HS where kids can run and play on the football field.
5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants!
15 minutes to Clement Park
15 minutes to Columbine Library
25 minutes to downtown Denver
45 minutes to DEN airport
1 hour from Colorado Springs
1 hour from ski resorts
Parking is available in our driveway in front of our garage or on the street. Having a car will be best for exploring the area.
