This condo is located about 2 hours from Atlantic Beach so while you are working in Wilson enjoy our beach! The owner also has a beach condo we rent that's oceanside. This was our daughter's condo before she purchased her first home. The neighbor to the right is a nice retired lady. We had a brand new heat and air unit installed last year. THIS UNIT IS literally 2 minutes from the hospital! You can enjoy food delivery or grocery delivery services. A gym is 2 blocks away Regency Athletic Club with a swimming pool or you can drive to Planet Fitness which is only about 5 minutes away. You have an extra bedroom if you decide to have company over. You can walk at the hospital track located in front of the hospital or go over to Lake Wilson to enjoy a more scenic walk or even go fishing.
