This two bedroom apartment is a part of my family apartments, Matkovic Residence, with romantic and authentic small beach will provide you with full taste of Mediterranean, where you will be able to enjoy every day of your holiday with postcards view. My apartment is 90m2 big and it is very well equipped for short and long term rent. It is consist of big living room from where you will have sea view. In a living room you will find big and comfortable couch which can be a bed for one person like big TV where you can enjoy your favourite shows. Next to living room is fully equipped kitchen and between kitchen and living room you will find dining area with big table. Also in my place you will find two bedrooms, 1st bedroom is equipped with queen size bed. 2nd bedroom is equipped with single bed and working desk. Private terrace is also available and from there you will have postcard sea view. Fully equipped bathroom is also a part of my place. Parking is private and it is situated in front of the house. Across the street is located small lovely beach for all my guests.
