I have 3 boys aged 24, 19 and 15. I am originally from Dublin but now living in Co Waterford. I spent 23 years working in the Pharmaceutical Industry eventually getting to Director level and I have now packed in the corporate world to enjoy life - in the beautiful Co Waterford countryside looking at the Atlantic Ocean. I love baking, family, art, antiques, travelling - learning about different cultures and food. I reckon I am half way through my life so I've had enough of running and racing and Im into my second phase while I am still young enough to enjoy it !
