Property Layout: Ground plus 1 Structure Bedrooms: - Our villa boasts nine bedrooms, with three located on the ground floor and six on the first floor. - Each room is furnished with a king-size bed, and we can provide extra mattresses upon request. - Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms for your comfort. Living Room: - The living room features comfortable 8-seater sofas. - We provide a television for your entertainment. - It is also equipped with an 8-seater dining table. Bathrooms: - You will find nine well-equipped bathrooms throughout the villa. - Basic toiletries are provided. Please bring your own towels. - Each bathroom is equipped with a geyser for hot water Kitchen & Meals: - We have our in-house meal packages available. Kindly refer to the meals section for more details. - Guests are kindly advised that outside meals are not permitted. Instead, they have the option to savor delicious, chef-prepared meals at an additional cost. Alternatively, should guests choose not to avail of this option, they can dine at the restaurant. - Should you desire, in-house meals can be arranged by connecting with your dedicated host in advance. - Cutlery and crockery are readily available for your use. Outdoor Area (Backyard): - Our villa features an outdoor gazebo arrangement and a private swimming pool. - A cricket turf exists on the property. Additional Amenities: - A games room that has table tennis, carrom board, Fussball and air hockey(mini) exists on the first floor. - A generator is available for use in case of a power failure (additional charges apply). No heating or cooling devices shall operate. - Complimentary WiFi access is provided. - 2.1 woofer music system. - Mosquito repellent can be supplied to guests if needed. - Barbecue facilities are available upon prior request and at an additional cost. Other Important Information: - The property is nestled in a natural setting, and leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals. - To ward off mosquitoes, repellents are provided, but we recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. - Please note that the props seen in the images are solely used for staging and photoshoots. Damage Deposit: - A refundable security deposit of INR 10000/- will be collected upon arrival. This deposit is refundable provided that the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is adhered to, and no damages are incurred by guests. TRUE FACTS: - Secured Parking Space for 2 cars. Additional parking is available outside the property. - Power fluctuations may happen. - Caretaker available onsite/on call from 9 am to 10 pm. - Outside food is not allowed.
