It includes a majestic 12 story tower of condos along with the more homey villas which offer ground floor convenience along with an attached garage. Complex amenities include BBQ Grilles, beach loungers and 2 heated pools. OTHER RULES/INFO No Pets allowed via condo complex rules. No smoking in unit **Travel insurance suggested in case an unexpected issue arises.** Renters must be 25 years or older. SOUTH VILLAGE We love being walking distance (about 10 min) from the south village and all the offerings it brings to Siesta Key. To make your purchases easy, the Crescent Beach Grocery, Davidson Drugs and Siesta Spirits (beer, alcohol & wine) are all within a block. Several amazing restaurants are Captain Curt's Crab & Oyster Bar, their Sniki Tiki sister restaurant with live music (almost) nightly, Spearfish Grille (our favorite) with lots of outdoor seating and live music Wed- Sun, Big Water Fish Market (our 2nd FAV!) as well as Toasted Mango Cafe, Anna's Deli, Daiquiri Deck, Clayton's, City Pizza Bar & Grill, Orange Octopus (ice cream!) and Coffee & Beer Garden at Captain Curt's Village. There are several tourist shops as well to grab souvenirs! SIESTA VILLAGE There are over a dozen restaurants in the Siesta Village (northern end of Key).
