This studio located on the 4th floor of a listed building, consists of a living space of 26 sq.m and includes : - a nice living space with a comfortable sofa-bed and a queen-size bed (160 cm), - a bathroom with bathtub, - a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge, dish-washer), - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, ironing equipment, high chair, fan, - TV and Wi-Fi. A parking lot is located near the flat (with fees).

The flat is located at the heart of Toulouse, on the Capitole Square, close to many shopping streets. You will then easily access to all shops and commodities. All sites of interests will be accessible by foot or thanks to the transports located nearby. You will also be close to the St.Georges, Carmes and Daurade neighborhoods where you will have the choice between numerous bars and restaurants. Finally, you will find the University Toulouse 1 at less than 10 min away by foot or the Toulouse Metropole building at a 15 min walk.
