The hoyse is located at Agios Ioannis 10 Street, Porto Rafti, postal code 19003.
Arrival Instructions: You will receive the apartment keys from a black/gray lockbox placed at the entrance of the house. Open the black lid, use the code provided above, and pull the door toward you to open the box and retrieve the keys. Take the keys, close the door again, and scramble the numbers.
Departure Instructions: You can check out no later than 11:00 AM. Please leave the house keys in the same lockbox where you collected them upon arrival, using the same code. Afterward, please scramble the numbers so that the lockbox code remains discreet.
HOT WATER & HEATING:
For hot water, turn on the switch labeled “HOT WATER” inside the electrical panel and wait for 20-30 minutes.
To heat the house, you can use the radiator.
APARTMENT RULES:
Do not throw paper in the toilet, but use the small bin next to it.
After 20-30 minutes, remember to turn off the switch in the panel. Then, there will be hot water in the shower and kitchen.
Smoking is prohibited.
No parties or events allowed.
