Keys can be collected anytime between 2:00pm and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday and 1:00PM to 2:00PM Sunday. If you are arriving after hours, please phone our Woodgate Beach First National office on 4126 8000 and we can arrange for the keys to be left in our afterhours lockbox. This is an imprint of a valid Credit Card for security and to ensure the property is left neat and tidy and Undamaged from your stay. At no time during the occupancy shall the guest allow more than the number of persons listed as the maximum number of guests stay overnight at the premises, without the prior consent of the agent, wherein extra charges may apply. That is, the tenant is responsible for provision and cleaning of bed, bathroom, and kitchen provision of consumables (i.e. Laundry & kitchen detergent, toilet paper etc.). In the event the said premises become unavailable for occupancy though unforeseen circumstances (i.e. Change of ownership, fire, storm damage, etc.) then the Agent will inform the tenant and endeavour to obtain a suitable alternative premises for this tenancy; if a property suitable to the tenant cannot be located, then all moneys paid will be refunded to the tenant.
