Two years ago we bought this Bergens Villa from 1918, it was a lot of work to renovate it and there is still some work left to do but we hope you enjoy it as it is for now. This summer we will try renting it out through airbnb to increase the income for renovation. We are working currently on the outside area, which will most likely not be ready before summer. But we have a big balcony on the 1. floor and a small balcony on the 2. floor which can be used. Our house is located In Årstad. There are bus station 2 min away from the house, which brings you with a short drive of ca 6 minutes to the city center. Our personal highlights is the view and enjoyment of the sunset every evening.
