Tipara Shores has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with ensuite, while downstairs are a queen, queen and 2 king singles & bunk (2 singles). Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office. Upstairs an ensuite bathroom adjoins the master queen bedroom, with a luxurious double shower & separate bath; plus a separate toilet. The main bathroom with bath, shower & separate toilet is located downstairs. The upstairs master bedroom has a private sitting room and balcony overlooking the rear yard. Tipara Shores has reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning throughout for year-round comfort. The upstairs living area is open plan and is comprised of the kitchen, dining and a spacious lounge room with adjoining balcony and outdoor entertaining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, and coffee machine; and the adjacent dining area has plenty of seating along with a highchair provided for young children. Downstairs is a second lounge room with a large plasma television & DVD player with direct access to the rear yard through sliding doors. There is also a kitchenette with sink and storage cupboards, and a small fridge/freezer. The laundry is well-equipped with a front load washing machine, iron, ironing board and outside is a clothesline in the backyard. Outside, guests can enjoy the front balcony with view over the bay, or the dining area on the rear patio. The rear yard is secure with a lawned area. Tipara Shores has secure garage parking for 2 vehicles, with room for another 2 cars or 1 car & a boat in the driveway.
