Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish space. The house is a nature lover's dream with wild animals that will visit you regularly. It has 3 en-suite bedrooms, 1 with bath. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. In addition to the spacious patio with dining table, there is a braai with a boma for pleasant evenings. Our house is equipped with a solar system, so no load shedding. And a spacious pool with salt water. The house can comfortably accommodate 4 people up to a maximum of 6. The entire house is at your disposal. There are two spacious bedrooms, a king size bed and shower and bath, second bedroom has a quine size bed with shower. The smaller bedroom has a quine size bed with shower facilities. Of course, the bedrooms are also equipped with a aircon and a fan. It is a fully equipped self-catering house that is equipped with all amenities, but you must purchase the groceries, etc. yourself. This can be done at one of the shops in the Marlothpark or in Komatipoort. Our house was newly completed in February 2024. It is equipped with a solar system and inverter, so you will not suffer from load shedding during normal use. However, it has become apparent that the air conditioners could still cause problems due to incorrect use and we have therefore now switched to prepaid air conditioners. The house has a lovely saltwater pool but it does not have a shallow end and is not fenced. As a result, we don't think it is really suitable for the youngest among us. We do not provide facilities for small children. Furthermore, the house is equipped with safety doors. If you keep it properly closed, the baboons and mosquitoes will stay outside. Remember that baboons are very smart and once they know there is something to eat they will not hesitate to try to break in. Therefore, keep the windows and doors closed and the blinds closed at all times when you are absent. The house has an alarm system that you can operate yourself. Cameras have also been placed around the house. But to protect your privacy, the cameras are turned off during the day. They turn on automatically after 10 p.m. If you find this annoying, please let the hostess know what time you want them to turn on. The fence on the patio ensures that the animals cannot enter the patio. They like to use that as their toilet, so please keep the gate closed. Activiteiten in en rondom het Marlothpark
SAFARI
Het Kruger Park in Zuid-Afrika is één van de grootste en beroemdste wildparken ter wereld. In ongeveer 20 minuten rijden staat u aan een van de hoofdingangen crocodile bridge.
Vanuit Nimmerzat zijn er ook mogelijkheden voor safari's in Marloth Park zelf. (met de eigen wildtuin Lionspruit) en het aangrenzende Kruger Park. Ter plekke zijn die te regelen, zelfs op het allerlaatste moment. Vanuit een safariwagen dieren bekijken, bestuderen en bewonderen!
Of je gaat natuurlijk met je eigen auto op safari. Het is hoe dan ook een unieke ervaring!
FIETSEN
Voor fieters is Marloth Park een perfect wildpark overdag. Over de wandelpaden langs de hekken van het Kruger Park is op de meeste plekken goed te fietsen. Ook zijn de meeste wegen goed begaanbaar.
In Marloth Park zijn er op verschillende plekken mogelijkheden om een fiets te huren voor een hele of een halve dag.
Fiets naar Marloth Park overdekte uitkijkpost, Die Krans, met een zittribune. Dit is een perfecte plek om rustig van het uitzicht te genieten. Dit is overigens één van de weinige plekken waar geen hek voor je staat, hier is dus een vrije kijk naar het Kruger Park.
GOLF
Beetje genoeg van al het wild? Of zoek je afwisseling? Ga een dagje golfen! Er zijn 6 golfbanenvanuit vakantiehuis Nimmerzat bereikbaar. Prettige bijkomstigheid: een GVB is niet nodig.
Rij naar Skukuza in het Kruger Park en wissel de wilde dieren af voor een dagje golf tussen de wilde dieren! Of ooit al eens op de wereldberoemde golfbaan Leopards Creek bij Malelane willen spelen? Nimmerzat ligt op nog geen 20 minuten verwijderd van deze golfbaan. Bezoek de wedstrijden die je normaal via de tv moet volgen! Of liever tussen de suikerrietvelden en mangobomen in Komatipoort golven? In de omgeving van Nimmerzat liggen 6 golfbanen. De prijzen zijn verrassend laag!
QUAD BIKING
Nimmerzat ligt centraal en is zeer toegankelijk voor de toerist die meer wil dan alleen maar luieren!
Een van die activiteiten is quad biking. Net buiten de uitgang van Marloth Park, op de weg richting Malelane, ligt een quad bike parcours inclusief verhuur. Hier kun je voor minimaal een uur dagelijks een quad huren. Leuk voor de avonturiers onder ons!
ACTIVITEITEN BUITEN HET MARLOTH PARK
Ook voor activiteiten buiten het Kruger Park is Nimmerzat een prachtige uitvalbasis, zoals een bezoek aan The Jane Goodall Institute Chimpanzee Eden project waar chimpansees worden opgevangen. Of aan het Swazi Cultureel dorp Matsamo, bij de grens van Swaziland. De Indische Oceaan en hoofdstad Maputo in Mozambique liggen op een uur rijden.
Of wacht dacht u van de Panorama route die u vanuit Nimmerzat makkelijk in één dag kan rijden.
Het Marlothpark zelf heeft een leuk zwembad met glijbanen en verschillende restaurants.
