Bryan’s place was fantastic! I’ve stayed at several AirBmBs and Bryan’s stands out among them all! My son and I were the second guests and I must say, Bryan and Gina are off to a great start as hosts! The suite was immaculate! Check-in was smooth and Bryan was quite explicit about the house rules. There was plenty of food and drinks; and checkout procedures were very simple. He was always proactive and responsive to messages. His home is located in a lovely and pristine neighborhood ….absolutely beautifully landscaped. We only wished that we could have stayed longer. As a guest and fellow host (Super Host), I was impressed. A 5-star experience!!!

This is a hidden gem in the heart of Blacksburg and just minutes from the Virginia Tech campus. Bryan is one of the best hosts we’ve dealt with and his Airbnb is above and beyond our other Airbnb stays in cities around the world. This is a wonderful space in a quiet neighborhood with a state of the art kitchen, bathroom and living room. Every amenity you could ask for was in our guest suite - from waters and soft drinks in the fridge, to ambient temperature and lighting, to the comfiest mattress - this place has it all. Bryan went out of his way to communicate with us and even had personalize the instructions when we checked in! He was the best host we’ve ever had and we would definitely come back and stay here again and recommend his guest suite to others. Thank you again for being such a wonderful host and having one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in! Will be back soon!
