Tony is a great host. He is very welcoming and knows the area well. He had good suggestions for shopping and dining. We shared a kitchen which was comfortable. I had a downstairs bedroom, bathroom, lounge area and back garden to myself. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. The location is great, near Carlton Gardens and Lygon St shopping area and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

A wonderful 10 days in Melbourne staying at Anthony’s place. It was perfect in so many ways, clean, homely, quiet and peaceful and in such a great location to everything. Walking, coffees, bars, shops and just relaxing in the park opposite. A lovely way to experience Melbourne! Thank you!

Had an absolutely delightful one week stay at Tony's gem of a home. It's a quintessential charming Melbourne Victorian that strikes a balance of being both peaceful/quiet and in walking distance to everything one would need— groceries, a beautiful park, downtown Carlton and Fitzroy. Extremely safe (coming from a solo female traveller). It was immaculately clean and had the warmth of a real home instead of the sterile, heavily trafficked airbnb rental. Tony was away during my stay but was welcoming, warm and responsive despite being half a world away. Tony's home felt like a home to me for me in my week here. Would recommend to my loved ones :).

Newly arrived in Melbourne and working at the university I couldn’t have hoped to find a better place to be based. The area is a beautiful and peaceful part of Melbourne and Tony and Fransisco’s place was very comfortable and well equipped with an oasis-like garden at the back. Tony was extremely helpful and communicative and went out of his way to help me with moving to a new city. One of the best airbnb experiences I’ve had.
