Paseo 206 is simply exquisite. The place to stay in Havana. The design is of a modern Italian aesthetic with respect to the original architecture and materials, creating a feel of an intimate, warm boutique hotel. Andrea made us feel welcome as guests in his own home, and the entire staff made sure that anything we needed was taken care of. Other plusses - great wines in the bar, excellent Italian food at the restaurant, spacious spa-like bathrooms, and a central location that makes all of Havana very accessible. Anytime I come back to Havana, this will be my go-to place. Thank you, Andrea!

Amazing place and staff. If you want to get away from all the tourists (but a quick cab ride to old Havana) and have a true Havana experience let Andrea and his team take care of you. We had 4 couples stay at Paseo and we were all blown away by the rooms, food, and cocktails. Andrea was quick to respond and went above and beyond to create a customized experience for us. I asked him to create a welcome gift basket for our friends and a private concert on the roof top....amazing. Can't wait to come back!

It was our first time to Cuba and we wanted to bring our children to show them what we had been told was a "time capsule". I found Paseo 206 and felt like it would be the right size and location for getting to know Havana without the hustle of downtown. It did not disappoint. I felt like I stepped back in time (or stepped into Rome or Barcelona) when entering the property. The pictures are very accurate and it's an exceptional house/small hotel. So many details and all thoughtfully executed. We had an adjoining room with our 2 children with great linens and large bathroom with great shower (we heard that did not exist). The food was terrific and the music in the evenings made it all the more enjoyable. Great mojitos too! Cuba overall felt incredibly safe so no worries there either (there's no panhandling or harassing in the country as far as we saw). While it might seem pricey, from what we learned about the large established hotels, it is actually a deal -- but you do need to take your time there to get your money's worth by enjoying breakfast and coming back for cocktails and/or dinner. Just keep in mind that Havana is as expensive as Paris due to tourist tax. I spent some time trying to even figure out how hotels get their food after walking by the 'national' grocery stores. Truly remarkable that Paseo even got off the ground as it's ahead of the curve for what Havana can be and might be in the years to come ... There are a few bars in the neighborhood and you can walk to the Malecon (although not too much there). Staff happy to accommodate any request and cabs are easy to come by.

Our stay at Paseo 206 was a dream! Not only was the property absolutely gorgeous, but the staff was so friendly and professional; they anticipated our needs, were responsive and helpful 24/7, and made us feel at home. Andrea and his wife are lovely and went above and beyond to interact with every guest in our travel party to make sure our stay was comfortable and fun, and they provided great recommendations for Restaraunts and Bars in the area. Truly an A+ experience - perfect for groups or an intimate trip. We are already planning our return!
