Alex responded to messages straight away and was nice on the messages. The postcode takes you straight to the address via Google Maps. The house was spotless. The bed linen and towels were good quality. Alex had thought of everything you could need in the kitchen. There was a cooker, air fryer and microwave. A large fridge freezer was in the kitchen also. The bathroom was clean and plenty of toilet roll was left. There was a towel bail on every bed including a hand towel, bath towel and flanel. My favourite room was the conservatory. We spent hours in there watching the birds. The garden was small. Big enough for the dog to use. But filled with gorgeous plants and trees. These attracted birds into the garden. At the top of the road there are takeaways, a one stop shop and the Ingleby Bistro. I would highly recommend this restaurant. We had a lovely meal there. I would recommend the house. We travelled to all the coastal towns from here. A great base for travel.

This place was perfect for our purpose as we were visiting relatives in Stockton-on-Tees. The house had an enclosed small garden so was safe for our dog. We were able to walk around the area as although residential had many footpaths and grassed areas. Shops and places to eat nearby. The house was very clean and well equipped and the hosts were very easy to communicate with.
