Take the dirt roads 8 miles to enter Yellowjacket Pass- the gateway to the White River National Forrest and Routt National Forrest-- or keep going on the UTV trail to Meeker for some great food & a lively brewery. Need to unwind? Relax on the 1000sq ft deck with a glass of wine and watch the wildlife. Sit in the hot tub and watch the shooting stars or listen to the coyotes howl. The possibilities are endless in this area of northern Colorado. We have 38 acres and border BLM on all sides. Want a challenge? Hike up Monument Butte-- it is literally your backyard. If you are looking for a staging area to scout deer & elk in GMU 12 before hunting season, this is your place. Hunting season will be here sooner than you think! Ideally located, our cozy cabin is 20 minutes away from Craig and roughly 25 minutes from Meeker. Both towns offer restaurants, breweries, gas stations, grocery stores and shopping. Excellent first aid and medical care can be found in either town as well.
