Welcome to my humble home located at one of the most peaceful place in Quezon city which is Hacienda Balai Condominium, Brgy. Kaligayahan, Zabarte Road, Quezon City. Where you can sleep peacefully & quietly anytime as much as you want. Feel free to cook your favourite dishes & enjoying your food while watching in 'Youtube Premium', 'Netflix' and 'Disney plus' movies. If you get bored, you can also play our available PS4 console, chess, scrabble, cards and bicycle to stroll within the premises. A quiet but cozy place and far enough from the noise of vehicles on the highway.

we enjoyed staying in this place for 2 nights, didn't encounter any hassles. very comfortable even my cat enjoyed the place. the host was very accommodating, very clean and peaceful place while watching Netflix. definitely will recommend to my friends or we will avail again this place if ever we get back to qc. thank you so much.God bless us.

It's more like a retirement home because of the peaceful community and very friendly neighborhood.
if you want to go to Malls like SM Fairview, Robinson and Terraces Mall, you can just ride a jeepney or E-Jeep with a sign board of "SM Fairview". It's just 5 to 10 minutes of travel time.
If you want to eat something, we have a food park outside of the condominium premises. If you are facing the main entrance of the condo, it is just on your right side. Just walk on your right side to reach the Food park, Jollibee, Mcdonalds, Mercury Drug, Julies bakeshop and many more.

I am a super host last year but due to some personal uncertainties, I felt a strong emotional damage that's why here I am starting all over again as a host because I suddenly deleted my Airbnb account after that. I am a full time employee and an Airbnb host at the same time. I clean the unit alone and prepare everything for my guests.
