And don't worry about packing extra clothes – our laundry room is equipped with everything you need to keep your wardrobe fresh and clean throughout your stay. Parking is a breeze with our garage, offering space for two vehicles. Please note, a rental agreement is required to book our property. **Please do not have mail sent to this property as we do not have the mailbox keys. If you are needing something delivered from USPS, you will need to contact the local post office to make pickup arrangements.** Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. If there is any violation to this policy, a fee of $500 will be charged immediately. This property is not pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. There will not be any exceptions to this policy and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this. If you have a service animal, proof of registration is required BEFORE you book. We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense. Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.
