The Weavers Cottage is a delightful bolt hole. It’s perfect for a couple (& dog) to use as a base to explore the lovely Ribble Valley countryside. It’s a lovely walk to Clithero along the river. There’s a peaceful spot behind the cabin to enjoy a drink listening to the birds & babbling stream. We had a duck & family of ducklings in the garden on a couple of days !! The cabin is small but has everything you need & is cosy & warm. Andrew was a great host and communications were easy. Loads of areas to visit & walks within a short drive. There is plenty of information in the cabin as well. We did a great walk up Pendle Hill accessed at walks4all webpage. The website also has a shorter route up the hill but still with great views of the area. We would love to return in the summer for more exploring.

Andrew and Susan are lovely hosts. When our bus was late/didn't arrive they drove us into Town to visit our friends. Weavers Cottage is an idyl, perfect for two people. We will certainly return, hopefully in the Summer.

weavers cottage was a great and cozy stay! the cottage is small but comfortable with lots of amenities, and has a beautiful view of the brook behind. the area is really serene and charming, with good access to eaves hall and other popular wedding venues. andrew and sue left lots of local recommendations for guests, and were easy to contact if needed. highly recommend this stay!

Andrew was very fast to respond to all communications. His cottage had everything you might need for a short stay in the area and has a lovely outside BBQ/seating area by a brook if you are lucky enough to get fine weather. Many thanks Andrew.
