One of the closest house to the Pool, this Five bedroom, 5 bathroom townhome that will comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to eat in after a sunny day at the beach. You can pack lighter as 6 Beach Chairs, a Beach Cart, & a FREE Linen/Towel Package are provided! Let Sunset Island be your vacation destination in 2024! A 37-acre private community on 67th Street with fun for everyone! Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Kiddie Pool, Interactive Splash Fountains, Bayfront Dining, General Store, Walking & Bike Path, Fishing & Crabbing Pier & three Bayfront Beaches. Guests who've stayed in Sunset Island come back year after year! Sunset Island Registration Fee: $200 per reservation and included when booking. This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes (Large vehicles that do not fit in the designated parking will have to purchase a pass for street parking in Sunset Island. Also, there is free street parking before you enter Sunset Island. Additional facility or parking passes are $70 per pass and may be purchased directly at the clubhouse once arriving in Sunset Island. Ages 3 & under do Not need a pass. No pass is needed for the bayside beaches. Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25. ID is required to check-in. Ride with us, on Ocean City’s municipal buses that travel along Coastal Highway. Our buses are safe, clean, reliable, and convenient. A $4 Ride-All-Day pass allows you to ride from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. the next morning.
Our friendly and knowledgeable drivers will be glad to take you down to our South Division Street Transit Center or to the North end Transit Center or anywhere in-between. Don’t forget, with your $4 pass, you can transfer to one of our Park & Ride buses at no additional cost and go to our beautiful West Ocean City Park & Ride facility.
All Ocean City buses are handicap accessible. If a vehicle lift/ramp and securement area can accommodate a mobility device Ocean City Transportation will transport the device (and user).
Standard Fare: $4 Ride-All-Day. Exact cash fare required, use of pre-paid photo ID General Bus Pass obtained from City Hall.
Half Fare: Senior Citizens age 65 and over, Disabled Persons, Medicare card holders and Ocean City Non-Resident Senior Bus Pass holders. Proof of eligibility may be required. Exact cash fare required, or use of pre-paid photo ID General Bus Pass obtained from City Hall.
Free: Children 42 inches in height and under, ADA Certified Disabled card holders and Ocean City Resident Senior Bus Pass holders. Proof of eligibility may be required.
