Each villa within our complex is named after one of the elements of nature—Fire (Pyr) , Aether (Air) , and Hydor (Water) —and designed to embody its essence. The Aether Element Of Gáea: This cozy one-bedroom residence spans 57 sq m on a split level. It offers a large living area with a sofa bed and two TVs for entertainment, alongside a courtyard and an expansive terrace. Enjoy the convenience of a fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Outside, indulge in your private pool, 1.40 meters deep, complete with a jacuzzi mechanism, spanning 10 square meters. The place is incredible and the complex of villas George has recently constructed, stand as one of the best offerings in the island. The rooms are very tastefully put together and very well cleaned. The outdoor area is the epitome of a premium balcony - the outdoor space includes a private pool, which is paired with an amazing view of the mountains. Perfect to rest after a long day at the beach. The location provides the best of both worlds - 10’ drive from the island centre and the same time to Kolimpithra beach, so it provides an average of 10’ to basically anywhere in the island. George is such a hospitable and fun host and took great care of us! He made us feel like we had a local friend in the island who knew all the little secrets that took our trip to the next level - don’t pass on asking him about restaurants, bars and all the nice beaches! George, thank you so much for everything! We going to see each other pretty soon again! This time drinks on us!
