Excelente lugar , cerca de la 79 con farmacias restaurantes y todo alrededor parqueo privado pa uno si andas en carro , aire acondicionado , baños todos me encantó actualmente me vine a otro de sus apartamentos en la 70# gracias por todo . Nathalia place was amazing , excellent location , quiet not noise at all. We had everything at a walkable distance mye and my friends just left and came to one of her other Airbnb en la 70# . The main thing with me when I travel is ac/ and peacefulness and I found it had it blast coming back next month for sure .

Hermoso apto, muy cerca de Buenos lugares. El espacio muy hermoso, fresco y limpio. También era muy tranquilo, por lo que el descanso fue increíble. Volvería sin duda.

I recently stayed at Nathalia's beautiful apartment in Medellin, Colombia, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The apartment was clean, secure, and in a nice location, making it easy to access everything we wanted to explore. However, there were a couple of hiccups upon arrival. The address provided wasn't clear, causing confusion for our taxi driver and resulting in some extra circling around to find the place. Once settled in, we appreciated the privacy and security of the apartment. However, it would have been helpful to know beforehand that only one room had air conditioning, as it came as a surprise. Additionally, the water heater wasn't very strong, which made for some lukewarm/cold showers. Despite these minor inconveniences, the apartment was still worth the price due to its great location and cleanliness. With clearer communication about amenities and a stronger water heater, Nathalia's place would be a perfect stay in Medellin.

This is a big, modern 2bdrm apartment. All the furniture and equipment seemed new and worked well. The living room has a terrace you can sit on or just open to get loads of light and fresh air. The neighborhood is my favorite in Medellin. It's very peaceful, safe, with lots of trees, and very walkable. At the same time there are a bunch of beautiful cafes to work from, and you are ten min walk from a lot of restaurants. I prefer to stay here and Uber to Poblado when I need to than staying there. Wifi was fast and I could easily work from the apartment.
