Almost Heaven at Eagles Nest is a newly completed custom home below the Great Camp area. With five bedrooms, each with an attached private bath, game room, hot tub, fire pit, and huge views, this home has everything your group could want for their relaxing vacation. ! While enjoying your stay at this home, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include: Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November) The Great Lawn Playground Hiking Trails Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal) Mini-Golf Course 24/7 General Store North Pavilion: Ball Field Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only) Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball) Dog Park Walking Trail Sportsman’s Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary) Fire Pit Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking) Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts Pickleball Disk Golf Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!) Vineyard Food and Wine served Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced. Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only. Additional Notes: - Firewood may be purchased with a minimum of a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night which will be collected through the airbnb resolution center. - Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.) - The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks. - 4WD required for winter months. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. These do not point into the home. - Please note that the community of Eagles Nest has construction going on. Due to how sound travels, during weekdays you may hear heavy vehicles traveling on the development's roads, including at the neighboring lots. - Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.
