Each room is equipped with AC, a comfortable Queen-sized bed, and enjoys a view of lush greenery. Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom. Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms. Wardrobes are available. Bathroom: The villa boasts 8 bathrooms, all en-suite, along with 4 additional powder rooms for convenience. Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience. All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply. Swimming Pool: The villa features an expansive swimming pool measuring 14 feet by 28 feet, providing a depth of 4.5 feet—a generous and inviting space for relaxation and enjoyment. Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area. There's a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, along with outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying drinks and meals with your loved ones. Kitchen & Food: The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, basic utensils, a gas stove, crockery, a water purifier, and a microwave for added convenience. Please note that cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited on the premises. Meal packages for breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be arranged through nearby restaurants/kitchens for an additional charge. Food packages start at INR 1200 per person, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner) Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences. All meals will be freshly prepared at the villa's kitchen and served to guests. Only mixed-gender groups are permitted; stags (boys-only) groups are not allowed. Children near the swimming pool should always be supervised by adults for safety. CCTV is installed in outdoor spaces for the safety of all. Property is located in nature hence it will be subject to insects, bugs as we are in their space. Unfortunately, the property is not pet-friendly At the property, we've installed an inverter to provide a backup of 4-6 hours in case of power cuts. Bonfire service is available for an additional charge. House Policies: Guests have access to complimentary Wi-Fi, though its availability may vary. Check-in: 2:00 PM IST, Check-out: 11:00 AM IST. Vegetarian food consumption is only allowed; non-veg strictly prohibited. Stag groups not permitted; valid ID required for all adults during check-in. INR 5000 damage deposit required on arrival, refundable subject to property inspection. Maintain cleanliness; extra cleaning fee if needed on departure. Alcohol consumption permitted only with proper permits as per state regulations. Guests cannot invite additional visitors during their stay. Pool access and loud music not permitted beyond 9 PM. Smoking restricted to designated outdoor areas; sheesha/hookah only on the terrace. Prohibited: illegal activities, bringing personal cooks, smoking/drinking near the pool. Guest responsible for damaged items; quiet hours: 9 PM to 8 AM. Any indoor smoking/item misuse/incidents will incur a Rs 1000/- penalty or actual costs.
