Vorab habe ich angefragt, ob ein früherer Check-In möglich wäre. Die Antwort: man würde schauen und sich nochmal melden. Am Anreisetag fragte ich nochmal nach, es wurde mir mitgeteilt den Schlüsselbox-Code bis spätestens 15 Uhr (regulärer Check-In) zu erhalten. Wir waren bereits um 14 Uhr an der Adresse (natürlich unser Problem). Da allerdings bis 15 Uhr niemand das Haus verließ, war die Wohnung wohl auch bereits um 14 Uhr bezugsfertig. Um 15 Uhr kam der Code und wir wollten in die Wohnung. Das es keinen Lift gibt wussten wir, auch dass die Wohnung im 2. Stock ist. Diese fanden wir dort aber nicht und es stellte sich raus, dass die Wohnung doch im 3. Stock liegt. Und ja, mit 2 Koffern, 1 Kleinkind und Kinderwagen macht das einen großen Unterschied! Das hat mich sehr geärgert, da ich es extra VOR der Buchung angefragt habe! Sonst war alles ok, sauber und alle nötigen Utensilien (bis auf Mittel für die Spülmaschine) waren vorhanden.
We had a very nice stay in Milena’s flat, which is in the third floor without lift. The flat is in a side street from the main “Vitosha” street. A lot of good restaurants are located nearby, foot distance from almost all the major touristic attractions. Milena is answering fast all the questions and is very helpful. Thank you, Milena! We’ll come back.
An incredible two bedroom apartment. The apartment is modern and spacious with excellent amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and high-speed Wi-Fi. A great choice for both short and long stays. Its central location is perfect for exploring the city's vibrant culture and dining. Highly recommended!
