The Villa is set on one level, surrounded by a 180-degree sun terrace surrounded by a lovely garden characterized by typical Mediterranean vegetation and granite rocks. The terrace has three solarium areas equipped with comfortable sunbeds, deckchairs, a comfortable outdoor lounge with a shaded area, and a wonderful table for your outdoor lunches and dinners. ⎈ Living area It consists of two spacious and bright living areas, thanks to the large windows and French doors that open directly onto the wonderful terrace. In the main living room we find a large sitting area, consisting of a comfortable sofa that can possibly be converted into a full-size bed, a Smart HD TV (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+), dining table, a rest area stocked and equipped with Nespresso Coffee Machine and Kettle, and a fabulous fireplace.
