The accommodation is located right in the center, on the edge of the restricted traffic zone, in a period building of which it retains suggestive architectural elements, such as stone walls and vaults. All the essential services are close at hand and all the points of interest are a short distance away, easily reachable on foot. Martina Franca train station is just a 10-minute walk away. The 30m2 accommodation is located on the ground floor of a historic house and has independent access: there are three steps to access the alley where the entrance is located. The internal space is divided as follows: - KITCHENETTE equipped with induction hob, mini fridge and moka - LIVING AREA with dining table, smart TV and split A/C - SLEEPING AREA with double bed and small wall-mounted clothes hanger - BATHROOM equipped with shower cubicle and wc with hydrobrush Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, clothesline, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). N.B.: the fireplace is NOT usable.

Martina Franca is an enchanting town in Baroque style, located in the heart of the Itria Valley and surrounded by typical olive groves and Mediterranean scrub. The historic center is wonderful, full of monumental buildings and churches, including the famous Basilica of San Martino dating back to the 18th century and rich in works of art, and the Church of Sant'Antonio which preserves a fresco of the Madonna Odegitria, from which the name of the Itria Valley. Do not miss a visit to the Ducal Palace, dating back to the Angevin period, and to the Villa Comunale with shaded paths and embellished with neoclassical fountains. Also not to be missed is a visit to nearby Alberobello, famous throughout the world for its trulli, and to the beautiful Locorotondo.
The apartment is located in a very central position, a short distance from all the main points of interest. The essential services are easily reachable on foot: bars, pharmacies and minimarkets are in fact within 400 meters.

ATTENTION: if you are traveling by car, the apartment is located on the edge of the restricted traffic zone, in a narrow pedestrian alley (Via Calvino). It is necessary to park for a fee on Via Gioacchino Rossini (about 150/200 meters from the accommodation) and then continue on foot on Via Calvino.
