Entrance to Nutcombe Cottage from the rear brings you into a light and airy open plan living space on the upper ground floor level with wonderful views out over the pond and valley beyond. KITCHEN: A beautifully styled Shaker style kitchen in light blue with black granite worktops and Butler sink. Equipped with everything you need for your holiday with statement Smeg fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and an abundance of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. DINING/LIVING AREA Sit and enjoy a sociable meal at our round dining table with views out of the window before slumping into a comfy corner sofa to watch your favourite programmes on the 48" Smart TV with access to your own On Demand services. The French doors off the lounge lead you out onto a raised decked area with outdoor dining furniture; perfect for AlFresco breakfasts or sundowners. There are steps down to the rear garden from here. LOWER GROUND FLOOR Carpeted stairs lead you down to the two double bedrooms and the bathroom. BEDROOM ONE: Sleep like a baby in our Gothic Style wrought iron King size bed with pocket sprung mattress with memory foam topper. Awake to the stunning view through the French doors onto the rear terrace and fully enclosed garden. There is a solid oak wardrobe and bedisde cabinets and an understairs cupboard with iron, ironing board and cleaning utensils. BEDROOM TWO: Our second bedroom is styled with two full size 3 foot single beds which can be set up as a luxurious Super-king. Again you will find our super comfy pocket sprung mattress with memory foam topper and solid oak furniture. There is also access through onto the rear terrace from this room. SHOWER ROOM: A luxurious limestone shower room with large walk in rainfall shower makes bathing a relaxing time at Nutcombe Cottage. OUTSIDE: Nutcombe Cottage has it's own enclosed south facing garden, making it a perfect place to stay if you have dogs. There is a large slate terrace with outdoor dining furniture and a pair of sun loungers; perfect for relaxing days reading while someone else cooks dinner on the charcoal BBQ. There is also a grassed area and stunning flower borders. The showcase of the garden is in May when the balustrade is adorned with a beautiful Wisteria. FAMILY FRIENDLY: We welcome children of all ages and can supply a full size wooden cot and highchair for little ones together with plastic cutlery and crockery, place mats, changing mat, step up stool and a stair gate at the top of the stairs.
