This modern family home consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Lounge/ Dining, a rumpus room with a pool table/ table tennis table. This modern family 2 storey home is perfect for entertaining with 2 TV areas downstairs, a rumpus room with a pool table that can be converted into a table tennis table, and a TV and games area for the kids. There is a large selection of games, dvd's and toys. The open plan dining, kitchen and family room overlook the paved entertaining area leading out to the waters edge. The backyard is fully pool fenced to provide a safe environment for children. There are also high dead bolts on sliding doors for extra security for young children. Upstairs comprises of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed, W.I.R., ensuite with toilet and shower. The remaining bedrooms consist of a Queen bed with B.I.R., Tri bunk (double and single bunk) and 2 x bunk beds with B.I.R. (The top bunks are weight limited to 80kg). Although the house sleeps 11, we recommend no more than 8 adults comfortably. The main bathroom has a free standing bath and shower. Other features include a dishwasher, microwave, filtered pura tap water, Espressotoria Pod Coffee machine, R/C ducted air conditioning/ heating , Large 4 burner hooded BBQ, outdoor setting. Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. High chair, stair gates and porta cots are also available. **The Garage is not available for use.
