I am centrally located in the heart of San Antonio with easy access to all the iconic attractions in town. Only 5 minutes from the airport and 12 minutes to the two most visited attractions in Texas, The Riverwalk and The Alamo. This chic 1967 home will deliver a most comfortable and stylish stay. ABOUT SACRED HEART HOME Sacred Heart Home is a 1967 Texas Ranch House that was renovated in 2019. The home was once a broken vessel. Today it stands at the entrance to the North Shearer Hills community and is blessed with new life and new love. The charming Castle Creek Village shopping center is across the street. MY HOME Sacred Heart Home is now an open space for entertaining as three major walls have been modified for the sole purpose of family and friends to gather together. The home has five main areas that are now one open floor plan. The front porch, the living room, the dining room, the great room and the kitchen are all an open plan so that everyone has space and room to relax. REST WELL Sacred Heart Home has one master bedroom with a King sized Denver mattress “Physicians Choice”. The master has a mounted HD TV. The master has new PELLA double paned windows for a quiet nights sleep. The attached private bathroom has a free standing glass divider to the shower for an open feel. The shower-head is Kohler and the shower floor is penny tile. The master bath has new pedestal sink and ADA toilet height that are also Kohler brand. The second (middle bedroom) is a full sized mattress with a topper and is very comfortable. The second room has a mounted HD TV. This middle room has a new PELLA double paned window for a quiet nights sleep. The third bedroom is a built-in Murphy bed which is a Queen sized Denver mattress “Physicians Choice” and also has new PELLA double paned windows for a quiet night sleep. Both the second and third bedroom lead to the hallway for the second full bathroom complete with all new Kohler fixtures for the shower-heads, the pedestal sink and the ADA toilet. The third half-bath is located off the kitchen and laundry room with a barn door and new Kohler sink and toilet. It is quite private at the end of the other side of the house. KITCHEN Sacred Heart Home has a fully stocked kitchen. Brand new Kirkland pots and pans. I ask whoever is cooking to please only use plastic to cook and serve. Spices are available for your use and condiments are available for your use. Mi casa, es su casa. (My home is your home.) If something breaks please leave me a note and I will tell you it is no big deal, accidents happen or I will let you know the cost to replace. I enjoy using nice things and I want for you to enjoy yourself and return. LAUNDRY / MUD ROOM / PANTRY Sacred Heart Home has new Samsung Washer and Dryer for your use. Laundry detergent can be found on the bottom drawer of the washer. However, there is a great LAUNDRYMAT called San Antonio Green Laundry two minutes away. They are amazing to me and my guests. They have a DROP-OFF WASH AND FOLD LAUNDRY SERVICE FOR $1.25 (next day pick-up) or $1.75 (same day pick-up). Minimum 10 pounds = $11.25 or $17.25 *10% off for military personnel or your first order **They also pick-up and deliver WHAT DO I ALWAYS ASK I want to personalize your stay with me. So let me know the names of the guests and ages. Also let me know what you are celebrating while coming to San Antonio so I can do something to make your stay that much nicer. SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMITS This is a requirement in San Antonio to all hotels and short term rental guests. You are required to pay a 16.75% HOT TAX (Hotel Occupancy Tax) which is 6% state and 10.75% city/county. This tax is collected by AirBNB and included in the final price. REGISTRATION NUMBER
