Great little apartment perfect for a short stay. Raphaelles place is in a lovely neighbourhood in walkable distance from the centre of Valencia. I hadn’t come across this neighbourhood before but I loved it. It was clean, with lots of cafes and a few restaurants full of locals and everyone was very welcoming. The apartment itself was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The only downside may be the lack of a view as the only window is frosted as it opens onto an internal small courtyard facing another apartments door. For us this wasn’t a problem as we were o ly there for a short stay and the flat itself was lovely. Communication with Raphaëlle was great and I would highly recommend her place if visiting Valencia and wanting to explore a bit more than just the central tourist area. We would definitely stay again

Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement. We verhuurders waren enorm vriendelijk en reageerde altijd super snel. Het appartement was netjes en schoon bij aankomst, het lag in het centrum dus alles was goed te bereiken. We mochten de bagage bij aankomst alvast neerzetten tot de kamer beschikbaar was, we waren vroeg bij de bestemming en konden zo alvast de stad verkennen. Ook bij het uitchecken waren ze erg flexibel en konden we wat langer de tijd nemen. Een aanrader voor als je de mooie stad Valencia wilt ontdekken!

Ďakujem Raphaëlle za krásny pobyt vo Valencii. Ubytovanie bolo perfektne, všetko čisté, príjemné, od postele až po kúpeľnu. Vyzerá presne ako na fotkách, ale pocit z apartmánu máte ešte lepsi. Je tam ticho, prijemne, všetko čo potrebuješ. Musím vyzdvihnúť krásny dizajn izby, vonave a jemne postelne pradlo. Čo sa týka komunikácie s Raphaëlle, bolo nadmieru, nakoľko mi odporučila tipy kam ísť, vlastne mi pripravila aj program kam ísť čo robiť. Určite musíte navštíviť a jednoznačne odporúčam tento apartmán pre sólo alebo pre dvoch na krátky, ale aj dlšhi pobyt. Mne VALENCIA učarovala aj najme priateľskému a rodinnému prístupu Raphaëlle. Mala som neskori let a mohla som si nechať batožinu cely deň. Odporučila mi požičanie bicykla na cely deň a bolo to úžasne. Odporúčam, jednoznačne tento apartmán. Ešte raz ďakujem Raphaëlle za skvelý zazitok. Valencia je bezpečná a citila som sa dokonca lepšie ako doma. Milujem🩷

El pequeño apartamento está bien situado, nuevo y bien decorado. El problema es que es una parte de la casa de los anfitriones. Es decir, entras por la puerta y en la entrada hay dos puertas que separan su casa y el apartamento, por lo que la intimidad apenas existe y se escucha todo. De noche escuchas incluso cuando tiran de la cisterna y hace que caiga agua en la ducha del apartamento. Además, apenas hay luz natural (una pequeña ventana que da a un patio interior, en donde tienen colocado un foco que simula luz natural) y, por tanto, no hay ventilación, ya que la ventana no se puede abrir del todo y no tienen extractor eléctrico en el baño. Hay algunos detalles que mejorar: más menaje, más toallas (teníamos 3 para 5 días), tostadora de pan, secador decente (ya que el que hay apenas seca y quema el pelo). Fueron majos, pero tuvimos esos pequeños inconvenientes con los que no contábamos por el anuncio.
