The house is located in a quiet residential area mainly comprised od family houses and is very green and
safe. This part of Ljubljana is called municipality Vič and is a mere 25 minutes walking distance from the
old city center. There is a convenience store just around the corner and a mall a short walk further. Just a
few block away is recently renovated Kolezija outdoor swimming pool.
The city bus station and a free bike station are close by.

Ljubljana is a small and very safe city, so getting around by foot is quite common. The house is a 25 min
walking distance from the city center and you can take a walk by the 2000 years old wall left by the
Romans on your way there.
A few meters from the house is also a city bus station and it takes you about 15 minutes to get to city
center or the main station (bus line no1). The fare can be paid by a credit card on the bus or by prepaid
“urbana” card.
Another option is a free city bike (Bicikelj). You can get it at a bike station on Gerbičeva street, around
300m from the house. You’ll need to register online.
