You'll be pleased to find a well-connected setup in our area, with easy access to the A2 highway along with a bus stop just a 4-minute walk away. The subway line 4 is also conveniently close, about 1 km from the apartment. Your private room is approximately 12m2, while shared spaces like the kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and living room make up around 40m2 of the apartment (totaling about 90m2). Your room comes fully furnished and everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided - blankets, pillows, toiletries, towels, hair dryer. The apartment houses a total of 3 rooms, with two considerate roommates who are often away due to work commitments. You'll have access to a living room equipped with a sofa, dining area, and a TV available for everyone's use. Additionally, the kitchen is fully stocked. The location is beautiful and very quiet! Lots of nature around us, you can walk along the canal or be in the forest in 5 min. Despite our peaceful location, we are close and well connected to supermarkets, shopping centers, cinemas, restaurants, and more. And don't worry about missing out on Hannover – we've got excellent connections! Your flatmates, CM and G, work in the catering and transportation industry, are rarely around. They are from Venezuela and Spain, so Spanish is spoken, as well as English and German. Cleanliness is essential. The kitchen and bathroom must always be clean, we attach great importance to that.
