The bottom level has two bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom has a king bed and offers ocean views. The second bedroom on this level has a queen bed. There is an additional half bathroom and the laundry room on this level. As you make your way up to the second level you will find an amazing open space with vaulted ceiling and large picture windows facing the Pacific. The large living room has plenty of space for everyone to gather. The elevated dining room has seating for 8 guests. The large open kitchen and second half bathroom completes this space. Off of the kitchen there is a large patio with glass windwall. It is the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks while you throw dinner on the BBQ. Two bedrooms complete this level, a queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the master bedroom with king bed with a bathroom that will not disappoint. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the downstairs living room allowing the home to accommodate a maximum occupancy of 10 guests.
