Enrique is a 5 star host. He made us feel very welcome and ensured we had a perfect stay for a month. The complex is lovely and extremely well maintained. The staff were friendly too. Would highly recommend.

Staying at Enrique’s was an absolute delight! Not only is the location perfect, with easy access to Playa de Las Canteras, Old Town Triana and more, but the accommodations themselves were top-notch. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. What truly made our stay exceptional was Enrique, our host. His hospitality and helpfulness went above and beyond, making us feel truly welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. I can't recommend this Airbnb highly enough – it's a must-book for anyone visiting Las Palmas in Gran Canaria!"

We enjoyed a wonderful stay of two and a half months in this pleasant place. We enjoyed the fact that it was in a clean and peaceful place, largely devoid of tourists yet only a ten minute walk to to beach. The only slight reservation -not at all anything Enrique was responsible for - was that the construction work on an adjacent new block of flats was noisy at times and I mention it only because in general this is a really quiet and peaceful place. BUT - this was a mild irritation: Enrique's flat is exactly as it looks in the photos. It's a delightful place to stay and he is a great host: friendly, responsive and helpful at all times. We wholeheartedly recommend this place.

We were in the apartment for 1.5 months. It was exactly as described. Everything we needed for our long stay was there. some small things we get ourselves. The yard area and the balcony are the luxury in this place. The pool and yard were taken care of by professionals every day. I was in Las Palmas for a longer time in different apartments for the sixth time. The apartment met all expectations. Enrique was extremely friendly, he answered our questions right away. Everything worked well. We used the gym several times a week. The apartment was very peaceful. The construction site next area was noisy and disturbing on weekdays. But apparently the rowdy phase just hit our stay. And the interior work maybe starting now. Enrique arranged for us to use a shopping cart, which was absolutely necessary for bringing water canisters from the nearby Lidl (700m ). We didn't rent a car this time. We used the local bus, incredibly cheap when you buy a card at the kiosk in Santa Catalina.
