Helloo, Although we came a day earlier, Leah was super flexible in accommodating us. We asked for fruits and got a whole basket for the week. This was a very kind gesture... and it was on the house. The dada cleaned the place twice. Only one thing: electricity fallouts happen and they do not have a generator. The amenities listed were missing, but I think this is a mistake of the app? Leah and her husband are very helpful with any needs regarding a driver or a nuce place to eat/coffee. I highly recommended the Kitamu House, Kutamu bakery, and Kitamu Café.

Amazing place. We had a whole house for the three of us. A little far from the center, so we always needed a taxi or took the daladala into the center. Very clean place. Very good breakfast. Shower a bit tricky, water to hot or to cold. Leah the host is amazing! she helped us with everything. The Kitamu Cafe in the center is a must to visit too. Great food, nice place. Extending our stay was easy. Kitamu guesthouse highly recommanded!

Leah is the best host you could wish for! She helped us with everything: finding a reliable taxi driver in arusha, organising our safari, contacting a driver for lake chala... everything seemed to be do easy with her help! Breakfast at the accommodation was already superb, but at her cafe in downtown it's unbelievable! The house is super nice, both bedrooms are huge, the living room cosy and the bathroom clean and sufficient. The shower is a bit tricky, but beside that i can not imagine a better place to stay at! We come back, for sure :-)

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Kitamu house. I had to stay in Arusha for a week while working on a project, and Kitamu house was very good for both working and resting. The common areas of the house are comfortable for working, with good WiFi, fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook, and my room was big and clean so it was also perfect when it came the time to rest. Most importantly, Leah is truly an amazing host. She is very nice and helpful and will try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. She always replied quickly to my questions and inquiries, she was very helpful providing local tips (moving around, grocery shopping, etc). I was traveling solo so all her tips were definitely really helpful. Leah also has Kitamu cafe at the city center, which I also found to be a great place for working and relaxing. They have delicious local and international food, bakery, good WiFi, and Leah can give you a lift if she's going to the city center. Leah also introduced me to Lomu, a reliable taxi driver that can take you to/from the city center if you like. As a foreigner, I found it easier to move around with him than trying to bargain with other taxi drivers. In sum, I would definitely recommend Kitamu house!

My stay with Kitamu was great. She is a kind, friendly and welcoming individual. I had two delightful meals at her cafe in my short time with her. Her house is clean and safe. I cannot recommend staying with Kituma enough!
