My wife along with 20 year old son two of his friends and myself flew into Pisa airport for our 30 minute drive to Lucca . Benedettas father Francesco meet us to give us keys and show us round the accommodation . The property has a lovely rural setting with the mountains as a backdrop behind and still only 10 mins drive into beautiful Lucca . The property is full of character and history . The access door alone is worth the trip. Using the large key to open you are hit by the incredible history the house holds . Our son and friends were blown away by the property . So as you ascend the beautiful stone stairs you get to the apartment door which when opened reveals a very modern layout but with beautifully retained architectural features . The pool was perfect surrounded by the incredible scenery. The location is excellent and allows you to travel very easily to visit Florence , Pisa , and many more beautiful places . Lucca is full of character and a lovely city to walk and enjoy

the host and her father were incredibly helpful throughout the lead up and stay. the apartment is really spacious and gave my in laws enough private space when they needed time away from the kids. you do need a car to get around but Lucca is just 10 mins away and Viareggio 20 mins when you have had enough pool time. we really enjoyed the hosts recommend local restaurant which was a 2 min drive or 10 min walk. All in all we had a great time.

Die Unterkunft hat uns direkt bei der Ankunft beeindruckt. Der Pool und auch die Umgebung sind noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und vor allem die Küche hat alles, was man benötigt, teilweise noch bessere Ausstattung als in den eigenen vier Wänden. Wir können die Unterkunft und auch die Gastgeberin zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen. Der Vater Francesco war stets zu erreichen und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Beautiful surroundings, clean and comfortable inside. It is a short walk from the villa to the pool, yet it is a lovely, secluded area with comfortable sun loungers and shaded seating area. The villa was well equipped, however it is worth noting that you need to bring your own towels for the pool. The host, Francesco, was quick to respond to queries. We enjoyed our stay in the Villa.

The pool area is much more beautiful than photos show! Stunning and secluded, so it felt very private. Worth mentioning the neighbours are very sensitive to noise, so if you are a young group group, this may not be the place for you. Other than that we loved our stay and would definitively recommend it.
