Josep un super hote, l'appartement est tres bien insonorisé malgres sa proximité d'un axe routier. Des resto divers et variés a proximité, transport en commun pour se rendre dans le centre de Barcelone a 2 pas de l'appart. Bref tout est ok pour nous🤩

Here are the pro n cons of the property : Lets start with the good things 1. Good location , you can find restaurants, grocery downstairs. Bus station is also just below appartment. Although it takes 45-50 minutes to reach city centre ( around 2 hours to-fro with few mjns of bus wait time) 2. Quite place 3. Good dining area and kitchen Cons : 1. The beds n pillow were very unforcortable for us provided we are not much fussy about it. Pillow were changed on our last night though. 2. The room size was very small apart from main room.

Just as described, it is a little far from downtown and other areas, but when you figure out the tram and subway, it's easy to get around. I suggest the T-casual or T-familar transport ticket. Josep had pictures & directions for certain areas of Barcelona attached to the inside of the entry door, which was very helpful. He quickly provided a second drying rack for our laundered clothes when we requested it. For our checkout, Josep booked our taxi for us, we needed two taxis because there were 6 people with 10 pieces of luggage.

apartamento está bien ubicado,perfecto para hacer turismo por Barcelona,zona bastante tranquila y el propietario muy amable y servicial.
